Oocysts are easily flushed out of the poultry house due to the smooth and fully sealed surface of the AviSanitas floor. As a result, new flocks are not exposed to infection pressure from the floor.
From day one, there is less coccidiosis pressure on the flock, allowing nutrients from the feed to be immediately converted into growth rather than immune response, leading to improved feed conversion. At our reference projects, an improvement of 4 to 5 points in feed conversion has been observed.

The flooring system is installed directly over your existing poultry house floor. Joints and cracks in the concrete floor are pre-treated and completely sealed. During your downtime period, the floor is installed within 3 to 4 days, depending on your specific situation.
The floor finish can be seamlessly extended onto the walls if desired. Prior to installation, we are happy to visit your farm to determine the best possible solution for your poultry house.

Shot Blasting
The existing floor is mechanically shot blasted to remove dirt and irregularities and to create optimal adhesion.
Coating
After surface preparation, a primer and base layer are applied to create a strong, fully sealed substrate.
Flooring
The wear-resistant top layer is evenly poured to create a seamless, liquid-tight, and hygienic surface.
